Island Park PTA Information

Island Park PTA Website: http://www.islandparkpta.org

The Parent and Teacher Association is a vital part of Island Park School. Membership is made up of both Island Park parents and staff. Your membership dues support the school program and your active involvement keeps you more informed, as well as offering more to the students. The purpose of the PTA is to provide an enriched learning environment and a sense of community and involvement among Island Park families. This goal is accomplished entirely by volunteer efforts. Please join the Island Park PTA and show your support of these efforts!

Volunteer Opportunities

There are literally hundreds of volunteer jobs available for you! Like working with kids? Maybe you'd like to be an art docent, help with Great Books, or help the kids plant bulbs in the spring. Like to be in the background? Join the Copy Corp, help organize International Night or do the finances for the Fall fundraising activities. Maybe you'd like to be room parent, or help with the Fun Run, or the Science Fair. If you are interested in assisting with any Island Park PTA programs, please contact anyone on the PTA Executive Board and they'll help you get rolling.
