of the Science kits used in the district. The forms are in PDF format,
which means they will either open in your browser directly or download
to your desktop and open, if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
on your machine. Once opened, print the form, complete the refurbishment
information and then return the completed form to Barb Shephard,
Administration Building. If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
